9999 Baji Terms & Conditions — Complete Policy for Using Our Platform

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the 9999 Baji website and application. By using the 9999 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This document has been prepared in Bengali and applies specifically to members in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.

To open an account with 9999 Baji, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country, if higher)
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to operate one account only
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date
• Restricted Regions: Users from restricted countries or regions are not eligible to register

9999 reserves the right to reject any registration without providing a reason. Accounts may be restricted or closed if KYC verification is not completed successfully.

KYC Process

Under its Know Your Customer (KYC) policy, 9999 may request identity verification documents at any time — including a National ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Completing KYC may be mandatory before processing withdrawals.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone, and change it regularly. No 9999 staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP.

• Accounts may not be shared with or used by anyone else
• Inactive accounts may be automatically suspended after 12 months
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant accounts (if a balance is held)

Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bots, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, 9999 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 9999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cash-out)
• In the event of a match cancellation or draw, the related bet will be fully refunded
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 9999 reserves the right to void that bet
• If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be counted at odds of 1.00
• Maximum win limits may vary across different matches and markets

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. There may be a difference between the odds at the time a bet is submitted and when the system accepts it. 9999 will automatically process the bet at the updated odds — in such cases, you will be asked to re-confirm.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information
• Depositing using a credit card or another person's account
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff

Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, legal action will be taken.

• If a bet is missed due to internet connectivity issues
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway error
• If an account is compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

9999's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the funds held in the member's account.

9999 may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be displayed on the website homepage
• You may close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
